Refund Policy

AT MY MAGICAL TRIP, WE VALUE YOUR TRUST AND ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL HOLIDAY SERVICES. OUR REFUND POLICY IS DESIGNED TO ENSURE TRANSPARENCY AND FAIRNESS IN THE RARE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR BOOKING. PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING REFUND GUIDELINES CAREFULLY:

    1. Refund Eligibility Period:
        For cancellations made within the first 7 days from the date of booking, you are eligible for an 80% refund of the total package price.
    2. No Refund After 7 Days:
        After the initial 7-day period, no refunds will be processed for cancellations or modifications.
    3. Extreme Cases (50% Charge):
        In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, unforeseen personal events, or other extreme situations, you may request a cancellation. In such cases, a 50% charge of the total package price will apply, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
    4. Refund Request Process:
        To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer support team at customercare@mymagicalstrip.com as soon as possible. Provide your booking details, and our team will guide you through the process.
    5. Refund Processing Time:
        Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
    6. Non-Refundable Services:
        Please note that certain services within your holiday package may be non-refundable due to third-party vendor policies, such as airline tickets, hotel reservations, or event tickets. These non-refundable components will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process.
    7. Travel Insurance:
        We highly recommend considering travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage for unexpected events that may lead to cancellations or changes to your travel plans.
    8. Policy Updates:
      • My Magical Trip reserves the right to update and revise this refund policy as necessary. Any changes to the policy will be updated on website. Requesting to keep checking on regular basis.
